Service status

A status-honest draft of how OllieSafe talks about availability and support. This page is not a third-party status network, not a completed trust center, and not a SOC 2 or uptime certification.

Live incident banners and historical uptime graphs may be added when a status-page provider is confirmed. Until then, contact Ollie@olliesafe.com for current incident status. Commercial credit terms remain in the SLA scaffold (Legal review required).

Current posture

When no active incident is published here, treat production Services as operating under the baseline monthly uptime target described below. This page does not auto-poll cloud health; operators update messaging during material incidents.

Availability target (draft)

Monthly uptime target: 99.5% for production Services (UTC calendar month).
Measurement: continuous unavailability of at least five consecutive minutes on health checks counts toward downtime; partial degradation is handled under support severity, not necessarily as full downtime.

Support severity (draft)

Sev1 / P1: production down or safety-critical path blocked — first response target 15 minutes (paging).
Sev2 / P2: major feature degraded — first response target 4 business hours.
Sev3 / P3: minor issues — first response target 1 business day.

How we escalate

Customer admins contact OllieSafe support. Sev1/Sev2 pages the on-call engineer and defaults to the Incident Commander path documented in our internal incident-response runbook. Privileged support access (impersonation) is domain-restricted and audited.

What this page does not claim

SOC 2 certified, ISO certified, or externally audited.
Trust center complete or VPAT complete.
All enterprise integrations live.
A specific third-party status-page vendor (still TBD).
Multi-region active-active hosting (primary data plane is us-west1).
